St James Massacre Remembrance Service

On the 25th July 2013 we had a Service of Remembrance to mark the 20th Anniversary of the St James Massacre.

Our Rector, Mervyn Eloff wrote: “Today we remember the terrible events that took place 20 years ago - an atrocious and evil act contributing nothing to the struggle for freedom. We remember those who died and who, though lost to us in this world, live forever in the glorious presence of the Lord. We remember them today and we who hope in the Lord will see them again. Above all, we remember the goodness of our Sovereign Lord who was and is able to work for the eternal good of His people even in the darkest times. Great is your faithfulness O Lord, your steadfast love is unending! “
